The story of Montgomery Point starts in 1919 when the Montgomery family purchased this picturesque property at the south end of of the Port Cunnington peninsula. Over time, the Montgomerys sold lots to a few other families forming a small community.  One  hundred years later fifth generation Montgomerys still enjoy the property.
